Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We have a specialized QC department to manage and inspect the quality of both raw materials and finished products. Complying with ISO 9001 quality management system certification and GB/T2828 (AQL) sampling inspection standards, we also follow IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC standards. We have long-standing business relationships with world leading suppliers like Phillips, Fujitsu, Panasonic, Sony and Samsung to ensure FPY (First Pass Yield) in production and stability in use.
Quality Control Procedures
We use various high-end quality test machines, such as battery testers, abrasion machines, rotation encoders, potentiometer endurance testers, vibration testers, microphone/speaker testers, high-low temperature chambers, PTT key/touch switch testers, Rockwell apparatus, tension meters, salt fog aging testers and SMT AOI. Every single part and process is inspected thoroughly to ensure the outstanding performance of each product for different uses under different circumstances.
